Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 企業管理學系管理學碩士班 === 100 === This study is based organizational learning theory, explores how mobiles of star inventors impact on innovation performance of inventors in organization which the mobile star inventor move in. Innovation performance of inventors in organization and star inventor move in organization are both affected by the knowledge similarity between each other. And the frequency of cooperation will moderate the innovation performance affected by the knowledge similarity between inventors in organization and star inventor move in organization. I use patent data, on a sample of 56 mobile from 376 firms in the global semiconductor industry to test my hypotheses. The results shows the degree of knowledge similarity between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization is negatively associated with the innovation performance of star inventor in organization. However, the frequency of cooperation between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization will moderate the relationship between the degree of knowledge similarity between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization and the innovation performance of mobile star inventor such that this relationship is low when the frequency of cooperation between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization is high. The frequency of cooperation between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization will moderate the relationship between the degree of knowledge similarity between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization and the innovation performance of star inventor in organization such that this relationship is low when the frequency of cooperation between mobile star inventor and star inventor in organization is low. The frequency of cooperation between mobile star inventor and non-star inventor in organization will moderate the relationship between the degree of knowledge similarity between mobile star inventor and non-star inventor in organization and the innovation performance of mobile star inventor such that this relationship is low when the frequency of cooperation between mobile star inventor and non-star inventor in organization is high.
