In recent years, due to tax channels are multiform and convenient, tax cases increase so fast and tax evasion is very serious. But they lack of staff, so they can’t afford to check each case. Therefore, how to investigate tax evasion and improve the efficiency is a pressing issue. This study will combine data mining methods and cloud computing to build Intelligent Tax Model. First, we use Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining to establish Standard Operation Procedure. We use R Project for Statistical Computing, and build Intelligent Tax Model System. In this study, the data is Taipei National Tax Administration in 2009.Research conclusion showed that the logistic regression model with 80% in Accuracy Rata and 82% in Recall Rate. So, the Standard Operation Procedure is effective to select tax. Besides, the system interface operation is simple and convenient. So inspectors don’t have the statistical background, don’t buy statistical software, too. As long as to connect with internet, we just can establish Tax Model.
