The monotonous industry OEM model adopted by domestic industries has been pushed to its bottleneck by the trend of globalization. With the growing trend of global marketing and global division of work, most of the textile SMEs, and even large enterprises are looking for innovations on rational and scientific management, with the expectation to cope future challenges with a business mentality which focus on professional division, strategic alliance, flexibility, quick response, and customer orientation. Moreover, with the increasing diversity in customer's needs, the creativity, diversity, and supply rate of product has become the critical factors to stand out in the competition; furthermore, strengthening the managerial capability of global supply chain and achieving the service objective of real-time manufacturing target are the subjects enterprises must keep self-improving to cope with global competition. In this study, the research objects are domestic garment manufacturers; the study is progressed by analyzing the background and competitive advantages of individual enterprises with multiple case study approach to compile the competitive advantage factors for the reference to new market entrants and enterprises in the market, and to achieve the research objectives, which are: inducting, consolidating, and analyzing the competitive advantage characteristics of major domestic companies, proposing directions for new business strategy and improvement, and drawing the conclusion and suggestions to the enterprise on this base.
