There are more and more people cannot afford the price of the house in Taiwan now. The big house agencies now always corporate with investors and real estate companies to raise the price and get more benefit from it; also many investors come from other country to Taiwan to drive the price. There is a union of unshelled snail formed by people who cannot afford the price and the size become bigger and bigger right now, which means more and more people cannot afford the price and angry about it.
There is a new policy call luxury taxes which will implement in June. The reason is that government wants to lower the price of the house and against the investors driving the price.
To service the 70% people who are not satisfied the price of house, Our company- Dreamer creates the value and the win-win situation to our buyer and seller.
