Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 99 === The purpose of this research is to evaluate improvement strategies of police organizational performance by use of consensus network hierarchy process (CNP) method. Firstly, this research reviewed literatures reated to job stress, work morale, job satisfaction, and woek performance. Secondly, this research interviewed and sought advice from specialist’s professional judgment, then constructed the network hierarchy structure for evaluation. In the evaluation system, four aspects, nine evaluation ceiteria, and eight improvement strategies are considered. Aspects and criteria are characterized by outer dependent; whith could hardly be seen as inner dependent only. Finally, this research conducted a professional guestionnaire survey to synthesis the judyments of experts. This research integrated the expert’s preference with pool first process, the consensus judgment matrix are constructed, then made use of CNP method to analysis the more appropriate improvement strategies. According to the result of expert evaluation, woek performance and work morale are more important aspects, “to integrate organizational system”, “to improve work condition”, regular position by rotation”, and “to promote and to assess with effect” are more important criteria. To consider inner are outer dependent of aspects and criteria level, this research find out the more appropriate improvement strategies for improving the performance of police organization, and to list out their priority ranking. The results revaled that, “to reconfirm duty”, “to select and to arrange with effect”, and “to hold a leisure activity” has the higher priority improvement strategies.
