Description
Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 99 === "Energy","carbon reduction"for the countries in the world in recent years, attention issues, "greenhouse effect" caused by global warming, climate change is more subtle, but also more serious disaster. The Government approved in 2008, "Sustainable Energy Policy ", the Government's commitment to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction. Ministry of Education to promote "sustainable campus plan ", the campus environmental protection and energy saving for the inclusion of evaluation indicators to be achieved by 2015 cumulative savings target of 7%, and policies are very clear. Shoulder the educational function of the school, if their work in energy conservation can be refined, with the school cum-saving case provides the practical learning, can lead their students interest in learning. The origin of this study is to find S University of electricity Anomaly encountered some problems, discuss practical solutions for research purposes, to the implementation of energy conservation can contribute to the school. University of up to three years in the S case of the actual saving in order to verify the energy-saving effectiveness of the PDCA model to make the school more rational use of electricity, energy policy to solve problems and achieve goals, achieve the desired results. Views on energy issues and differences between studies, subjects were school students and school staff person, the use of interviews, the results are not due to differ among age groups with consistency. Approximate order the following four points: 1. the biggest obstacle for energy conservation: The main financing of the budget, adoption of effective energy-saving strategy, consider the pressure the school expenses, so that energy conservation programs feasible. 2. set a clear energy policy objectives, providing the biggest boost executives: the implementation of targeted policies as a basis for the development and testing. 3. Energy Policy: Non-single project can achieve, a comprehensive review of the actual situation to be in accordance with, an appropriate method for checking tools, in order to achieve energy savings long-term operation. 4. the concept of universal energy level: not because of age or rank differ, while expanding information promoting energy conservation, the concept of universal implementation of energy efficiency, and create a "energy saving, carbon reduction"has become a mass movement.
