Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 應用心理學系碩士班 === 99 === The aim of the research was to explore the antecedents and consequences of work, family, and learning conflict among adult learners. Especially, this research focused on the exploration of different types of antecedent resource factors, and intended to discover if these factors could effectively reduce adult learners’ conflicts. Besides, the research also investigated if the conflicts would influence individual adult learner’s satisfaction with work, family and learning or reduce personal well-being. The subjects in this study were adult learners with bachelor and master degrees in the northern Taiwan. Also, 540 questionnaires based on convenience samples were used and 505 questionnaires were effectively responded. The percentage of valid questionnaire returned-rate was 93.5%. Deduct 40 questionnaires which were answered by people without jobs presently, there were 465 effective samples. All the data was analyzed by PASW Statistics 18.0 and the results were showed as the following: 1. The male’s WFC and LWC were higher than the female’s. 2. The protective factors of adult learners’ WFLC were “Informal work flexibility” among working resources, “Being unmarried” during the period of family life circle, “ Arrangement of learning occasions” and “Arrangement of timetables” among learning resources. 3. The vulnerability factor of adult learners’ WFLC were “ Raising young kids” during the period of family life cycle. 4. The vulnerability factor of working satisfaction were “FWC” as well as “ LWC”. 5. The protective factors of personal well-being were “ Working satisfaction” and “ Family satisfaction”. 6. The vulnerability factor of personal well-being was “ WFLC”.
