It is the elite and spirit of “Lean production management“ which method is enterprises will release and apply it. The paper is read case study by literature review to lead into Lean production management technique to improve automobile parts operation performance to increase the efficiency by James P. Womack and Daniel T. Jones technique 5 steps: 1.specify value 2.Identify the value stream 3.Flow 4.Custom pull 5.perfection. The study purpose is to reduce the waste, improve operation performance, save the process flow, shorten operation time and increase productivity, create the competitiveness of enterprises. The result of the study is using the method of Lean Production makes the performance of automobile parts increase more than 25%, and the cost of every improving program reduce 120 thousand dollars. It could be a good example for other factories.
