Summary:碩士 === 醒吾技術學院 === 休閒與遊憩管理研究所 === 99 === Cuisine and delicacies are one of Taiwan’s most competitive advantages in the sightseeing industry among Asian countries, and above all, feature in attracting the tourists to Taiwan from all over the world. The article is aimed at research object of An-Ping Old Fort and Chi-Kan Cultural Park, Tainan, the culturally ancient capital with a long-standing historical background and exceptionally humane fashion. It analyzes the way it shows the tradition and the changes in different times. Based on one-to-one interviews with particular representatives, officials and scholars, it is purposed to deeply understand tourists’ recognition and attitude to Tainan’s sightseeing environment, the diets and tourism features, the present situation, as well as the future developments of Tainan’s cuisine and tourism. Here are the conclusions of the study: the plan of diverse businesse environments, the establishment of regional collaborating patterns, and the innovation of local image and enhancement of Tainan’s LOHAS atmosphere Suggestions are given as follows: The government should provide administrative assistance to integrate local comments and resources, activate local features and work collectively with civil powers in utilizing organizational alliance for mutual cooperation, strengthen the maintenance of a clean environment, and guide to improve shop beautification and hygiene.
