Therefore, this study will measure the proportion of car travel in the time how much fuel is in no state nor evil, to assess how much fuel savings. The second experiment tested for the braking reaction time, using the driving simulator program linked computer time, release the foot pedal when the subjects began to time, depresses the brake pedal to the subjects, thus experiments that the driver accelerator and brake pedal between the speed of response.The results indicate that this system is estimated to increase as the driver behind the 0.2 to 0.4 seconds, braking reaction time, and estimated 38 per cent can reduce the incidence of rear-ended a car accident, it enables the rear of another vehicle to reduce the 7 ~ 14% of fuel consumption, help reduce energy consumption and vehicle emissions, but also to achieve energy-saving and environmentally friendly carbon.
