| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 99 === This research focuses on the effect of care quality after adopting DRGs system for case hospital. We use questionnaire method to collect data, and issue 100 questionnaires, receive 100 valid questionnaires; the effective rate of recovery is 100%.
The results of this study are found as following： (1) patient''s satisfaction will not be affected by gender and marital status, but will be different to age, education degree and the first visit; (2) the result of patient''s satisfaction shows the higher education degree will be more serious on care quality and service satisfaction. And the first-visit is tedious to administrative procedure, and easier tends to unsatisfied, especially for age 26-34. It shows the attitude for care quality will be different from the age.
