Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 99 === In recent years, the policewoman population is on the rise and the proportion of policewomen in the police institution is also increasing. Therefore, many policewomen have to work outside on the front line and they are gradually playing a more and more important role. Averagely, police stations on duty have used the partner method. We want to discuss whether policewomen on duty in male-female partners on duty can reach a better work satisfaction and work performance and the influence deriving from her partner. This research aims to analyze the above influence by using a survey method in the Kaohsiung area. Based on a questionnaire survey on policewoman, 88 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed with the help of SPSS mining software for statistical analysis and descriptive statistics, together with Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regressions analysis methods. According to the results of analysis, our conclusions can be summarized as follows: Male partners match on duty match has the remarkable correlation with exterior recognition, but they are not related to other sub-items. This showed that other partners only help on the aspect of identification, honor and sense of belonging. Moreover, regarding the senior opposite-sex partner, there poses a positive relation of work satisfaction of sub-items. This phenomenon indicated a positive relation of work satisfaction between the policewoman and the senior opposite-sex partner. The male-female partners’ match on duty only helps on the perspective of vein performance, while it does not obviously help on other performances. Since male-female partners’ match on duty leads to a positive correlation on work satisfaction and work performance, thus it will boost work satisfaction and work performance by arranging policewomen on duty by employing the male-female partner’s match on duty method.
