Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 應用日語學系碩士班 === 99 === There are five chapters in this paper. First chapter is introduction that included study motivation and research methods. The second chapter is a summary of the literature, dictionaries and documents used in the review and organize the meanings and the usage of the noun form of ‘no’ and ‘koto’ to investigate the similarities and differences in regarding to those two particles. The third chapter is divided the textbooks into two categories beginner and intermediate, and summarized the number of examples with noun form of ‘no’ and ‘koto’ and statistics analysis about the number of formally nouns and nominalize nouns. The fourth chapter based on the questionnaires results that was conducted through a survey to clarify the misuse conditions. The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions drawn from investigation.
