Methods Back from 2004 to 2010 in a medical center nursing department nursing examination results of 7 years of secondary data, using Microsoft Excel to data entered into the computer, and to conduct a retrospective observational study to collect the hospital the nurses ''health management'' A total of 1739 people medical information blood test value of medical statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 version statistical program to conduct basic statistical analysis of volume (frequency, mean, standard deviation, percentage, etc.). Results From 2004 to 2010, nursing physical examination in the three high (cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar), and BMI of the average a year higher than a year. Glucose 59 to 2010 people (18.7%). Triglycerides 123 people (38.2%). Cholesterol, 146 people (45.1%). In weight in the hospital nursing staff of the anomalies in the obese BMI of 77 people (23.8%), 141 overweight people (43.5%), while underweight people 17 people (5.2%). Another difference is the age of abdominal circumference (P = 0.035) and GOT (P <0.0001) and Diastolic BP (P = 0.012) the other is not significant. In the services division in addition to BMI, Cr, GPT, Diastolic BP was not significant, all other are significant (P <0.05), mean blood glucose 95.5 (SD ± 35.8) and triglycerides 120.5 (SD ± 54.7). Conclusions and suggestions Nursing blood test data statistics of future results to <29 age group a total of 954 (54.9%) were multi-university group holds 1117 people (64.2%), on medical group 627 cases of people (36.1%) up to , showed that the hospital an average of younger, high levels of education, but also a medical nurses, health status should be able to maintain some control, but in three high and the average BMI of the present trend of high-phenomenon, and the overall trend appears to be continued to rise year after year. Recommended annual hospital "hospital employees'' health status" report or quarterly. Construct an annual total of individual employees "health trend" chart to get the health check report to be "more than the early early" detection of diseases, to establish employee health status monitoring system and reminded the detection of the mechanism.
