Hypothesized that the Air Force Accounting and personnel in higher job satisfaction, then the better the efficiency. Empirical data units from the Air Force member of the Comptroller, the way the census a total of 258 questionnaires were returned 235, 222 valid samples, the effective recovery rate of 86.05% samples. Data analysis showed that: 1. Internal staff to meet and work on customer satisfaction showed a significant positive impact on effectiveness; which significantly impact on job performance than the degree of customer satisfaction. 2. External staff to meet and work on customer satisfaction showed a significant positive impact on effectiveness; which significantly impact on job performance than the degree of customer satisfaction. 3. The general staff to meet and work on the effectiveness of customer satisfaction was not significant; means the Air Force Accounting and colleagues at work even if the increase in general satisfaction, nor will it have a significant performance benefit. The result shows, Accounting staff job satisfaction, it will affect the implementation of the Air Force Accounting and effectiveness of business development. Therefore, the proposed units should be committed to enhancing the work of unit personnel to meet the situation. Another of the study, the Air Force Accounting and colleagues in the work of general satisfaction on job performance is not showing a significant correlation. Infer the main reason the Air Force, Department of Accounting and 40 years of age accounted for the majority of my colleagues, and many positions as chief of staff, we will discuss the current director of Tam Renzhu Guan and satisfied with the work of nature, and nature of work includes the work environment, work safety, workplace and salary for the work; and staff level are generally the nature of the work feel more satisfied. Accounting staff officers often judged by its heavy workload, the contents of the substantive work of adaptation, perceptions of job satisfaction is also low.
