The result provided great future references for recruiting new members and managing. According to the research, entrepreneurship is based on five different elements: innovation, risk taking, pr-activeness, autonomy, and competitive aggressiveness and agreeableness, extraversion, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience are the five qualities that shape up personality. The research base on the surveys to the salespeople in nanshanlife insurance company in New Taipei City. Five hundred surveys were sent out, and four hundred and twenty replies were received. Among these replies, three hundred and eighty-five copies are valid. By evaluating the research, the result is as following: First, insurance salespeople’s status and their working experience are the only two that will affect their performance; Second, the two qualities, innovation and competitive aggressiveness under managers’ entrepreneurship can affect the performance of the salespeople; Third, the personalities of the salespeople do matter with their performance .
