| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 99 === The subject of this thesis is about design and analysis of centrifugal fan . The purpose of centrifugal fan,design the double-entry centrifugal fan 75mm×70mm×12mm, use the Taguchi method for the blades. Numerical simulation of centrifugal fan is analyzed by using CFD, therefore let us realize how the variation of parameters affects the flow field and efficiency of the centrifugal fan from the simulation. Furthermore, we also build the nodes of flow field for the centrifugal fan in order to finding out the optimal design of high efficient one. By the method, the defect of time consuming traditional design can be improved as well as lowers the cost and upgrades the additional value. Then, the centrifugal fan will be out compete in the market.
