It is not easy for a Taiwan local company to fabricate an explosion proof housing for appliance. The main reason is that the certificate system at Taiwan is not well organized. It is basic idea in this study to find a series of steps for the manufacturing and certificating of the explosion proof camera housing. Owing to the limited capability of the laboratories located at Taiwan, many appliance containers developed must be sent to mainland China, Korea, or other western countries for the quality certificate. For the completeness of this study, the certificate systems will be studied both for Taiwan and other counties. However, an important foundation for development lies in its explosion-proof certification system, complete product testing system to test the implementation of work safety equipment, but also allows users to certified laboratories in Taiwan to increase and enhance public confidence in the domestic-made products competitive in the market, while a full product inspection system with "improve support domestic manufacturers products" and "outside the control of safety standards for products" (explosion proof products should be a credible foreign laboratories) to improve their test units based on the international credibility. A proper certificate procedure will then be proposed for Taiwan local companies. In addition, the manufacture of the container is investigated, including design and machining. In the study, the cost of manufacturing an explosion proof will be estimated.
