This study by 19 staffs of electronic components distributor in Taiwan, which has five workload criterion variables by mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, effort, and frustration level to assess the relative workload level for each employee. And job satisfaction has three criterion variables by intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. Use the eight criterion variables of making a foundation of input, and futher explore and analysis by performance level. The conclusions of this study are summarized as show that: 1.This study found out staff number 15 and 19 of 19 staffs in the current heavy workload, they still can keep high job satisfaction, and further understand personality characteristics of the staffs have similarity to “extraversion” of five factors of personality characteristics, with enthusiasm and social characteristics; therefore speculated that high workload becomes assist and action power of this type staffs, in other words, heavy workload cannot cause adverse effects of this type of staffs, and this conclusion is also breaking the workload and job satisfaction are inversely proportional to the old concept. 2.Performance level involved the relative workload level and relative job satisfaction level to analysis the characteristics of staff, to provide relevant improvement measures by human resource management, to make organizations with limited resources, they can implement of further programs for the most urgent need of the staffs, to expect to reduce occupational accidents and improve performance levels of staffs, which in turn create a more competitive for enterprise.
