Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 99 === In this study, the silica micro-nano-meter spheres were used as the template and stacking on the surface of titanium foil by sedimentation, and then using anodic electrodeposition to form porous hydrous ruthenium oxide electrode. The electrode properties and the electrochemical behavior were explored after removing the template. Field emission scanning electromicroscope (FE-SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to identify the electrode surface morphology and crystal structure. The electrochemical behaviors of the electrode were characterized by the means of cyclic voltammetry (CV), reversibility test and cycle life test. The porous hydrous ruthenium oxide electrode has been prepared in this study. SEM images show the porous structure of the electrode. The EDS and mapping images shows that the ruthenium oxides were distributed on the titanium foil uniformly and using NaOH solution to remove the SiO2 template was effective. In the case of electrochemical properties, the specific capacitance value of the electrode is 435 F/g and 392 F/g under heat treatment of 150℃, respectively. For the reversibility test, by changing upper limit potential of CV, the current response is rapid and superior in reversibility test.
