Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 99 === Thesis mainly uses the finite-element method (FEM) to simulate the largest torque of brushless dc motor in different Hall sensor angle .This meaning that we can find the best point of efficiency on different RPM and save the power. It can also use PWM control and soft programming way to get the best efficiency point in all RPM range. This paper was examined the maximum torque is 1.92mNm on 43 degree of Hall sensor at 1000 rpm, the maximum torque is 11.41mNm on 33 degree of Hall sensor at 2700 rpm, and the maximum torque is 22.80mNm on 20 degree of Hall sensor at 5000 rpm.
