Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 99 === This thesis applies web based programming and SQL database technologies to develop a web based optimum Tariff Rate models analysis system for meter rate lighting service customers to assist these customers to select appropriate demand contract associated with electric capacity. In this thesis, minimum loss cost criteria is employed to derive optimum Tariff Rate model associated with fittest demand contract by considering monthly peak demand, shoulder demand, and off-peak demand for TOU (time of use) rate customers. This thesis first analyzes the Taipower’s rate schedule which includes TOU rate, seasonal rate, demand contract, and tariff calculation. The next step of this thesis is to apply mathematical technique associated with minimum loss cost criteria to derive the fittest demand contract selection model which considers simultaneously regular demand contract, weekend shoulder demand contract, and off-peak demand contract. This thesis subsequently applies load pattern method to estimate customer’s Tariff Rate while non-TOU rate is transferring to TOU rate for low tension customers with insufficient tariff information. Meanwhile rate transferred method and steps between TOU rate and non-TOU rate are also provided by web based friend information system to decide efficiently new appropriate for customers. Finally, real customer data are employed to test and adjust the proposed information system and the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed information can be justified.
