Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 土木工程與防災科技研究所 === 99 === This study aims to investigate load and displacement curves of new-type steel deck and concrete under concentrated load, and discuss load-displacement relationships at different stages of crack strength, yielding strength, ultimate strength and destroy strength. This experiment chooses three types of steel deck to manufacture six test specimens, and uses formula of ASCE standard specifications to estimate the crack and ultimate strength of these specimens. The estimated results are compared with crack and ultimate strength measured during experiments, so as to verify whether the steel deck can substitute for common steel reinforcement. Ultimate strength of steel deck used in this study is compared with estimated value of ASCE standard specifications, and the ratio is between 1.2 and 1.4 with an average of 1.31. When comparing it with ultimate strength of traditional steel deck described in literature 5, the ratio is between 0.2 and 0.68 with an average of 0.44. It can be concluded that steel deck of this study shows a significant increase in bonding ability. Ductility ratios of all test specimens fall between 2.1 and 3.7 so that sudden rupture can be avoided.
