Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械與精密工程研究所 === 99 === This study was synthesis and modification methods of hydroxyapatite (HA), first, the required HA green body through synthesized HA powder by hydrolysis method, the green body through the filter, washing, drying and grinding steps, and the HA powder and milling ball were mixed with a constant ratio and put into the stainless steel vial, then grinding HA powder by using variation milling time, expected to take advantage of planetary ball milling of the fine powder particles HA, and then observe the surface morphology of the powder by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, and investigate the influence of of milling time and hydrolysis time for HA grain size and surface morphology. And put the HA powder into heating furnace, and investigate the influence of HA grain size, thermal decomposition, surface morphology and crystal structure by using calcine method. Using X-ray diffraction identify crystal structure and composition of HA after calcine, then using TG analysis identify heat weight lost and thermal decomposition of HA powder, finally observed the influence of variation parameter for the grain size of HA. expect to investigate the influence of charactisics and mechanical properties of HA powders by hydrolysis synthesis and platery ball milling.
