The teacher is the educational work hand slap, besides displays its education specialized role, is the educational reform main practitioner, therefore the teacher certainly will affect student's study content to the school service quality's heavy visual degree, the teacher to the class and grade student's teaching idea, the class and grade modes of business operation, the life convention and so on will be the school service quality which the guardian will take seriously, the school edition should be take the student who will accept the education as a main body, again take the student guardian's expectation and the degree of satisfaction guidance as the management idea, but the main influent actually will be a guardian, the guardian will have certain view regarding the education with to hope, facing the so open education environment, how the school to improve the education quality, the building competitive advantage, promotes the school potency, provides the high quality choice, is promotes the education quality is the social populace's expectation, and educational reform's goal lies in the pursue remarkable education quality. This research analyzes the school service quality gap because of the questionnaire the situation, provides the education institution or the personnel refers to the use, then promotes the school management achievements.
