Vietnam has joined the World Trade Organization (WTO). Vietnam companies confronted with a huge establishment, development opportunities and also facing a huge crisis potential. Especially in the real estate industry, in the past only have a domestic companies in this industry, but now have foreign companies, and Competition is become devastating . Companies want to be survive and develop must build their own business strategy to take advantage of opportunities and reduce the risk. This research analyzes key factors in the formation of a strategy in A company to provide suggestions for other Real Estate companies. Through process of reading domestic and foreign research, gathering and analyzing data, take enterprise’s mission statement as a premise, combined with SWOT analysis, five-forces model and PESPEL model to analyze the model may affect the critical elements in strategy formation. By the results of the assessment strategy to master the elements, suggested that in the future A company’s strategy direction.
