The atrium landscape of Kaohsiung residential buildings was the study subject. Thus, we comprehend and integrated the literature. By using Post-Occupancy Evaluation and established the common utilities of atrium landscape and the evaluation structure of environmental quality. After found out the assessment factor that affects atrium landscape of scheme index, facilities and Post-Occupancy Evaluation by integrating literature. And use first questionnaire that analyzed thought Reliability and validity analysis to formulate the questionnaire items. By the way of questionnaire survey, we can analyze the data of users usage rate and satisfaction rate in physical environmen. According to previous studies, the order of most satisfactory factors of atrium environmental facilities is physical environment, maintenance and management, environmental cleanness, landscape planning, service facility. Whereas the most unsatisfactory factors including : physical environment of noise, Whether the atrium grass of landscape planning is sufficient or not ,The amount of trash can, the environment is clean of clean the lawn clean case, Atrium of the maintenance and management disobeys constructs stops with the processing situation, Which remain to be improved. After comparison of the combination of highest satisfaction and highest degree of importance, we found 3 items that conformed the residents’ expect. The three items are the safety of service facilities, The environment is clean of Clean maintenance situation, The maintenance and management of controling the situation of pass in and out the community, respectively. The order of Degree of attention (physical environment 20.8%、maintenance and management 20.6%、Environmental Cleanness20.1%、service facility 19.3%、landscape planning19.2%) can be consult by the plan unit , construction business , manager, homebuyer in the future.
