Based on related literature, the models and leading factors of female teachers’ participation in leisure trips are analyzed via “Theory of Planned Behavior”, linear structure formula and Amos statistic analysis to prove “ Models of female teachers’ participation in leisure trips” and to discover the prominent factors. The result shows that attitude, subjective standard, personal relative benefits, main groups, awareness action controls all have strong relationships with it. As to attitude, the more benefits female teachers can gain from it, the more willing they become. As to subjective standard, most female teachers participating in the trips always follow his or groups’ opinions and then appeal more people to join. As to awareness action controls, the trip schedules of two-day weekend and winter or summer vacation and special offers are arranged by the travel agence, abilities, resource and opportunities also stimulate female teachers’ intentions.
