Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 99 === At the time Altshuller published the first edition of the TRIZ evolution model in the mid-1970s, the analysis trend of many studies on TRIZ evolution were mainly about searching for the most favorable structure and creating a complete system model. The domestic empirical studies on TRIZ in the industrial engineering and mechanical engineering fields also mainly emphasize on patented inventions. In recent years, the TRIZ evolution trend has been developed and utilized in the business model. The purpose of this study is to validate the evolution trend of TRIZ system analysis used in the business model; specifically, using the tea service industry to explore the facts of enterprise evolution trend and based on the time sequence to trace the historical evolution processes of the tea industry. This study finds that from the early established teahouses with various styles and furnishing have developed and shaped to the modern tea market model with the tea-service chain style combining with technological innovations for services.
