This study aims at exploring Enterprise award for leisure tourism employees benefit based on research conditions of perception. The research uses closed structure questionnaire survey. The study examined Cathay Life Insurance Company, which organizes overseas Enterprise incentive meetings on a regular basis each year for more than five years of required experience and undertake joint participation of 1500 or more overseas incentive travel to understand the incentives overview of operations. The sampling includes purposive sampling in which questionnaires were disseminated by mail to qualify for incentive travel of business personnel, and 613 effective samples were collected, the effective respond rate was 87%. Using SPSS to statistically analyzing surveys being collected. The results of this study will provide the future standard reference for designing the incentive travel tourism or business.
