Production wastewater to industrial wastewater in the majority, it can be said of industrial wastewater pollution caused by large water bodies, and because of self-purification capacity of groundwater is quite weak, if the intrusion of pollutants to groundwater, groundwater heavily polluted water certainly, but once Found to be difficult to determine when the pollution source, and easy to spread with groundwater pollution and remediation of properties is not easy, so the early establishment of ground water monitoring for pollution control and then to really grasp the changes in groundwater quality and long-term trends, in order to facilitate the control and groundwater Pollution Control. In this study, the EPA, "National Environmental Quality Monitoring Information Network " provided by the monitoring data as the basis, Pingtung County until 86 years from 97 years of the Republic of China only, data for the study of each station's range, with reference to the second Type of groundwater pollution monitoring standards and the second category of groundwater pollution control standards, irrigation water quality standards, drinking water quality standards for four types of water quality standards, the monitoring project were calculated do not meet water quality standards, the failure rate in order to assess whether for irrigation As drinking water or water. Irrigation water according to the standard analysis shows that the failure rate for a higher proportion of elements: Conductivity 51%, 19% of iron, manganese 69%, 20% sulfate. The results showed that drinking water quality standards, the failure rate for a higher proportion of elements: 11% chloride, cadmium 37%, 71% of iron, manganese 87%, 57% of total dissolved solids, 81% ammonia, nitrate nitrogen 38%, 14% sulfate.
