Meanwhile, this research also tries to see if the background of teachers has influence on their motion management and teaching satisfaction. This research took the elementary school teachers in Taichung County as the sample group. By stratified sampling method, this study collected 282 effective questionnaires from 24 schools. The conclusions are as below:1.The main pressure from the elementary school teacher in Taichung is interpersonal relationship, the motion management of the elementary school teacher in Taichung need to be improved, and the working satisfaction is low. 2.The background variable are not significant on work pressure. 3.Working pressure is able to predict on elementary school teachers’ emotion management and working satisfaction.4.Education degree , school size and location are significant on emotion management. 5.Education degree and school location are able to predict on teacher’s emotion management. 6.Emotion management is able to predict on elementary school teachers’ working satisfaction.7.Sex, education degree, career position, and school size have significance on working satisfaction.8.Teacher’s working satisfaction can be predicted by sex and education degree. 9.There are correlations between working pressure, emotion management and working satisfaction of elementary school teachers. Base on the conclusion above, this research suggests school should try to build up the cohesiveness and emotion management of teachers. Meanwhile, the related teacher cultivate organizations or the Ministry of Education should offer more professional training and mental construction to the people- from every background - who wants to be a teacher.
