In order to improve the product packaging quality, reduce the cost and promote the competitive advantage for a enterprise, this research take plastics packing industry vacuum forming production system regulation as study object. Taguchi method was used to optimize the formation parameters. In this study, an orthogonal array to the table disposition and the signal-to-noise ratio computation are to carry out. According to the patterns, the study found the best production formation parameter combination. The study improves the way before that relies on the experiences to produce the products.
