Survey questionnaires were designed based on past research on related issues, and data were collected from the electronics and IT industries in Taiwan. The model was analyzed using Multi-Group Structural Equation Models. The Results show that supplier bargaining power has a significant moderating effect on control mechanisms’ effects on process variability, opportunism behavior, and supply flexibility.
