| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 99 === Uniform-Invoice system has been developed at December 12, 1950. It play an important role to prevent the business tax evasion. In order to encourage people taking Uniform-Invoice, Taiwan government adds a rule that the number of Uniform-Invoice can win money by match the winning number. 115 billion pieces of Uniform-Invoice have been issued per year now. For everyone, matching the Uniform-Invoice numbers and winning numbers is a big trouble. According to the data of Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. from September 2007 to now, there are 45% winning Uniform-Invoice not presented to win the money. So an automatic machine for recognition of Uniform-Invoice numbers is needed. We propose an automatic machine for recognizing Uniform-Invoice numbers which can solve a lot of Uniform-Invoice problems with up-to-date winning numbers, optical number recognition, and audio tips.
