Summary:碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 工業管理研究所 === 98 ===  Not only did the increase of user population bring about changes in gender and class relations, the changes in technology itself also introduced new dynamics, especially the emergence of motorcycles/scooters for women users. However, this popularity did not apply to a few men users who wanted a challenge when operating a vehicle. They turned to motorcycles/scooters that were more challenging than the regular scooter in order to prove their masculinity.  This study takes literature review as the first step to understand relative theories, and then investigates the potential product pleasure of current design-for-women motorcycle. This is followed by choosing proper image adjective investigating the images of design-for-women motorcycle using questionnaires. By using qualitative research method and grounded theory to collect and analysis data, and female’s motorcycle the environment proposed in Place Theory is used in this research to conduct interviews so as to explore and set out the principles for female’s motorcycle.  The main objective for this research is to analyze special design factors for female’s motorcycle by taking a consideration for female life style and what female’s motorcycle riders need. The results of this study can be useful for designers when considering pleasure on product design.
