When water distribution pipeline leaks or breaks, not only results water pressure reduced, water supply impairment, water contamination, and the roadbed will be emptied due to underground leaks, dangerous road, or even destroyed houses or crops. Now leak detection is set to DMA the future to narrow the scope of possible water leakage, located the flow meter in the area flow into point to monitor, using interpolation to replace the local user meter record with flow meter section of the same range, with the into flow table compares to calculate the amount of water leakage, then conducted to identify leakage points with artificial test. When the pipe leakage, the flow direction, flow rate and nodes remaining water head will occurs re-balance phenomenon, the node pressure may drop.
