Description
Summary:碩士 === 中興大學 === 土木工程學系所 === 99 === The main purpose of this paper is to explore buckling deformation patterns and buckling stress of the thin cylindrical shell subjected to axial force.Using three-dimensional elastic stability variational principle to derive three-dimensional finite element model of elastic stability analysis. The analysis shows that buckling stress is easy to be influenced by the opening size of thin cylindrical shell. The upper limit value of buckling stresses of thin cylindrical shell are lower than which has no opening hole. The main parameter to the buckling stress is radius and thickness ratio of thin cylindrical shell.
