Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 環境工程學系所 === 99 === The total number of motorcycles in Taiwan has kept rising, so the emissions of waste gas are increasing relatively. Therefore, how to prevent the air pollution caused by emissions of automotive and motorcycle becomes one of the important issues. Consequently, the Environmental Protection Administration has established an exhaust periodical inspection policy for the purpose to efficiently reduce and control the problem of air pollution generated by emissions of automotive and motorcycle. The inspection works of motorcycle emissions are mainly entrusted to be conducted by private periodical inspection stations. In order to understand the service quality of inspection stations, this study is executed and it takes Yunlin County as the example to make the service satisfaction survey for the motorcycles periodical inspection stations in this county. From the questionnaire, the result of satisfactions about service quality to the people, environmental comfort, professional skills and service attitude will be required. By means of the improvement of service quality for motorcycle emissions inspection, the inspection rate can be promoted to reduce the air pollutants emitted by vehicles and cut down the risk of air to offer more comfortable and better environment to our next generation. In this study, the situational evaluation method is used to interview people in Yunlin County about the service satisfaction survey of periodical stations by questionnaire. The survey is divided into four parts: the background information of respondents, people’s understandings about the information of motorcycle periodical inspection, the methods of motorcycle maintenance, repair and periodical inspections as well as people’s satisfaction to periodical inspection stations. The questionnaires of this study are issued to 20 townships in Yunlin County. The interviews are held after people finished the periodical inspection. There are total 200 valid questionnaires recovered. . The result suggests that people have good evaluation to service quality, professional skill, and service attitude of periodical inspection stations. But people do not have profound understanding to the policy; instead, most people will only undertake the exhaust inspection against the notice of periodical inspection. Therefore, the relative governmental organization shall enhance the spread and broadcast of information about periodical inspection of motorcycles.
