Hence, franchisees are facing the challenges for survival.
This thesis conducts a research on the business strategy of CCSs, adopting different operation strategies for franchisees of CCSs, using a case study for the analysis of Taichung company, and establishing various operation strategies by company’s own operation strategy、expansion model、cooperation partner…etc. These strategies will be helpful for franchisees’ actual operation and make them stay competitive.
