Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 99 === The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship of senior human resources and active ageing to provide the government, industrial circles, and senior to understand how importance of active ageing is. Within this research the object of this study is the elderly from Retirement Association, Common Private Organization, and Social Welfare Organization…etc., and use the questionnaire to survey through those elderly who live in the downtown as Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. The effective samples are 618, and measure by “The Scale of Senior Human Resource and Active Ageing.” The statistical method used in this research including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson''s product-moment correlation coefficient. The result as below: (1)The condition of senior human resource management has been fine. (2)Senior human resources is affect by personal background variables including education, condition of marriage, condition of health self-assessment, economics capacity, and work type. (3)The condition of active ageing has been fine. (4)The active ageing is affect by personal background variables including age, education, condition of marriage, condition of health self-assessment, economics capacity, and work type. (5)The relationship of senior human resources and active ageing is positive. According to the result of above, this research has some suggestion as below: The propose of the senior: (1)Continuing involvement in human resources to promote active aging; (2)Enable participate in human resources to be a part of senior period life planning; (3)Self-meaning of life and enhance the self-value The propose of the industrial circles: (1)Create more opportunity of diversity and elasticity employment to fit the need of senior life style. (2)Provide a great diversity of vocational training to increase the job knowledge of senior. (3)Create safe and healthy work environment through job redesign. The propose of the government: (1)Government can develop the potential senior labor power to strengthen the motivation of social contribution. (2)In order to active ageing through propose senior can develop the unlimited potential of life (3)In order to active ageing through the establish the environment of human resource management which senior human can be participate in. The propose of the future research: (1)The side of the object of study: future research can enlarge the objective of study of senior from different work background to get more comprehensive understand of this issue. (2)The side of research method: future research can considerate to using qualitative research as depth interview and observational method etc. (3)The side of research variables: future research can increase more variables to discussed. (4)The side of research instrument: future research can increase the aspects of the culture of the social and design the scale to fit its needs.
