Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 社會政策與社會工作學系 === 99 === The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the marketing strategy of sheltered workshops for the disabled. According to the result of the study, we provide some suggestions for sheltered workshops, policy formulation, and school education in the future. This study combined quantitative and qualitative research. Bying mailing the questionnaires and semistructured interviews to get the data collection and analyze. This study collected 63 samples, and interviewed ten sheltered workshops and one experienced practice worker. The outcomes are as follows: The most useful marketing strategies by the sheltered workshops are including internet marketing, direct mail, social marketing and branding. The different types of the marketing strategies caused the different degree of influence to the sheltered workshops, including popularity promoting, recognized the nature and functionsof, attract more customers, and so on. When the sheltered workshops using the marketing strategies, they might face the difficulties including marketing budget wasn’t enough, hard to practice the organization mission and cost benefit, and marketing knowledge poor.
