Verify with Calibre DRC (Design Rule Check)、LVS (Layout vs Schematic)、 PEX (Post Layout Extraction) made by Mentor Graphics Corp, layout with IC made by Cadence Inc., implement the circuit structure by “TSMC 0.18um MIXED MODE (1P6M,1.8V/3.3V) process”.
