碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 管理學院經營管理碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 === 99 === The purpose of this study was to explore the tourist satisfaction and revisit intention of tourist yacht at Sun Moon Lake. Based on differences and related conditions, the difference test and tour characteristics of visitors had different demographic characteristics of tourism. The study processing used questionnaires to the visitors who taking the tourist yacht at Sun Moon Lake. The results show that the framework was set up some of the assumptions. Different tourist characteristics and visitors travel features, some of the variables are significant differences.It was based on questionnaire survey, 219 valid questionnaires were received. Hereby the results are summarized as follows: First, results reveal that gender and age in relation to the " personnel services and professional” item of “satisfaction”; age, occupation, travel companions, travel times and average monthly income in relation to the “trip” item of“satisfaction” ; education in relation to the” hardware”of “satisfaction” are high significance. The second, it reveals that “satisfaction”and”revisit intention”are positive correlated. At last, " personnel services and professional”and “trip” ; " personnel services and professional”and” hardware”; “trip”and” hardware” , the items of “satisfaction”also are positive correlated.
