Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電信工程研究所 === 99 === In this thesis, we aim to improve the throughput and error performances of wireless butterfly network, where the intermediate node is viewed as a relay node. Various transmission protocols are considered. At the relay node we consider the cases of using decode-and-forward (DF) or amplify-and-forward (AF) protocol for the received signals. In particular, in DF transmission mode, the two independent decoded messages, each transmitted by a different sender, are re-encoded using a binary or complex-field network code (BNC or CNC). Transmission schemes targeting at collision-free (CF) and multiple-access-channel (MAC) are also included. Performance analyses of each protocol based on the diversity-and-multiplexing tradeoff (DMT) are given in detail in this thesis.
