However, the executives quit together and established the same type of company that is rare in the industry. In the first time, company T invite The IT director of the company G join the new team, corporation motivation of first grasp information technology resources are hard to understand. In the initial period, the company allocates sufficient resources and budget on IT, and create position of Chief Information Officer, many are different from the common phenomena caused research motivation. In the case, company G & T are hostile each other, and many information security incident occurs. To research the tactics of IT on significant changes of organization, its potential causes, motivation and impact factor. To explain enterprise tactics of IT on significant changes of organization by Tactical Management Theory, then find out the motivation and reason. Conclusions of the research and found that as the industry reference.
