In this work, the diacetylenic derivatives(9,11-tetracosadiynoic acid 、10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid、11,13-hexacosadiynoic acid...) were dissolved in different organic solvents ,with a silicon wafer withdraw from the solution at a specific angle ,to prepare oriented polydiacetylene films , paraments such as , concentration、solvent type、solvent vapor pressure、functional group on the film-forming process were analysed . The results show that with ethyl acetate as solvent , smooth and oriented films can be obtained by adjusting the withdrawing speed . Oriented polydiacetylene films were used as the semiconductor channel in field effect transistors ,and anisotropic electrical properties were measured along the conjugation direction versus other directions , with a mobility about 0.0586 cm2/Vs along the conjugation direction and 0.0225 cm2/Vs along direction perpendicular to the conjugation .
