Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 99 === With the samples from 209 leader-member relationships, this study investigated the relationships between perceived organizational support, leader-member exchange, job performance and organizational citizenship behaviors. It is found that employees’perceived organizational support has a positive effect on leader-member exchange, and the quality of leader-member exchange has a positive effect on employees’job performance and organizational citizenship behaviors. The mediating effect of leader-member exchange between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors is partly confirmed, and the mediating effect of leader-member exchange between perceived organizational support and job performance is not confirm.
