It is found that employees’perceived organizational support has a positive effect on leader-member exchange, and the quality of leader-member exchange has a positive effect on employees’job performance and organizational citizenship behaviors. The mediating effect of leader-member exchange between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors is partly confirmed, and the mediating effect of leader-member exchange between perceived organizational support and job performance is not confirm.
