In this one, raises some interesting moral and legal aspects of ethical issues. The legal level, which the law can not effectively regulate dispatched industry, because of the lack of timeliness of the law, no clear legal provisions difficult to follow the direction of enterprise; The ethical level, commercial interests and the dispatched industry itself the lack of ethical point of view, therefore, the dispatched industry so if want sustainable operations, need for better dispatch norms. Dispatched work’s labor relations could be classified as part of business ethics, because it is linked with business operations and management staff, I will use the business ethics theory in this paper, expect to resolve include: (1) dispatched work instability; (2) employer’s liability fuzzy; (3) salary structure; (4) differential treatment; (5) abuse of labor, Five key issues. From the study of corporate social responsibility has been to business related stakeholder. Finally, application the integration social contract theory with the global and local norms, look forward to providing for the dispatched industry of proposals with the norms of ethical principles.
